24hr monitoring of shipment at specific temperature in trailer.
Automatic alarms and contingency plan in place in the event of changes.
Four automatic escalating levels of alerts to pro-actively deal with any temperature matter activity.

Driver

Driver gets the initial alert then if he cant fix it, it will go to the Operations Staff

Operations Staff

Operations Staff then get alerted and if they can’t get it fixed they will contact the Senior Management

Senior Management

If the Senior Management can’t fix the issue they will alert the clients straight away

Client

The Client and Senior Management come up with a strategy to avoid this issue happening in the future

Validation

Constant and Instant end to end measurement.
Measured Sensor telemetry items are as follows;
- Thermostat
  - Temperature intensity
- GPS transmission
- Mobile Telephone Network Connection
- TPS error
- Temp set by Driver
- Temp set by NT Planner
- Temp given by Customer
- Actual change in temperature for any reason
- False alarm allowance

All of these items encapsulated in our temperature monitoring system and if any are different to the required setting for any reason whatsoever, an alert is generated.
