To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. If you’re passionate about sales and logistics, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with current and prospective clients to build strong relationships and secure sales bookings.
- Sales Administration: Accurately process orders in our Transport Planning System, ensuring timely execution according to schedules.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Support and coordinate with colleagues across the Nolan Group offices in the Netherlands, Ireland, UK, Spain, and France.
- Support: Contribute to team success by assisting other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Solid knowledge of sales preferably with experience in the international freight, transport and logistics industry – European to Ireland markets.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities in Dutch and English; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
- Negotiation & Decision-Making: Confidence to negotiate and make decisions independently.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt, including occasional overtime to meet business demands.
- Knowledge of Customs: Familiarity with customs regulations and their practical application, training can be provided.
- Personality:
- A team player with perseverance and a problem-solving mindset.
- Common sense and humour to tackle challenges with a smile.
